The cloud control plane uses a small set of third parties. The on-prem agent runs inside your network and does not use any of them.

The control plane and the managed database that stores the technical catalog run on dedicated virtual machines hosted in the European Union. Backups are encrypted at rest and stored in the same region.
Stripe processes subscription payments. It receives the billing email, the plan selection, and the payment method. Card numbers never reach Taavik servers.
Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement. We notify account admins before adding a new subprocessor that materially changes this list. Questions: support@taavik.com.
